All employees and volunteers must obtain this clearance. Prospective employees must submit their original copy, which must be less than five years old from the date of hire, of this clearance prior to beginning their employment with the district. Volunteers must submit this clearance, as well. Volunteers may obtain this clearance free of charge. Please note that a volunteer clearance from an employee will not be accepted. This clearance must be renewed every five years based on the date of the clearance.
